Audited Financial Statements The Biodiversity Trust Fund has been audited every fiscal year (January 1st - December 31st) since 1993 for financial effects and every year since 1996 for fiscal effects. As the Trust Fund is authorized by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit to receive deductible donations it is therefore necesary to produce an annual fiscal report. The audit is one of the mechanisms used to
control financial operations. A fiscal report is without exception the
result of good internal control and the efficient application of fiscal and
accountant regulations. |
