Organizational Structure CONABIO is an inter-ministerial commission, presided over
by the Constitutional President of Mexico, currently Felipe Calderón Hinojosa,
and integrated by the heads of the following State Ministries: At present, Semarnat is headed by Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada who acts as the Technical Secretary of CONABIO. An operational group is headed by the National Coordinator, Dr. José Sarukhán Kermez and a staff of more than 100 (officials, analysts and administrative personnel). |
