Principles

Honesty: We understand the concept of honesty in its broader sense: including full observance of, and respect for, the law and the efficient and strict use of public and private resources for institutional purposes.

Public Service: We are oriented towards serving the public, dealing courteously, respectfully and efficiently with all users of the services we provide.

Quality: To perform all our tasks to the best of our ability, from managerial work to technical analysis.

Responsibility and accountability: We assume full responsibility for the results of our work and fulfillment of our commitments.

Impartiality: Data, information and analysis are subject to technical rigor and professional work standards; they are not based on economic or political criteria, nor on preconceived conclusions.

Respect: We treat all people and institutions courteously, are supportive of teamwork initiatives, and respectful of opinions different from our own.

Intellectual freedom: We encourage and promote individual contributions to collective work.

Self-criticism: We will look to identify both mistakes and good decisions within our work in order to learn from them.
