Dictionary of REMIB’s data

Attribute name	Data type	Definition of attributes
Taxonomy	The taxonomic categories only appear from the level where the specimen was entered
Family	Text	Family name that pertains to the specimen
Genus	Text	The specimen’s genus name
Species	Text	Species name (Specific epithet + infraspecific) of the species
Location (site name)	Restricted information = NDPR (NA)(The curator has decided that this information is Not Available) RESTRICTED
MunicipalName	Text	Complete name of the municipality
StateName	Text	Complete name of the State in which the municipality is situated
CountryName	Text	Country in which the state is situated
Location	Text	Name of the location where the specimen was collected
Site (Longitude, Latitude)	Restricted sites = -1000 in the database
LatitudeDegrees	Integer	Latitude in degrees Not available = 99, data not entered = in your navigator = null
LatitudeMinutes	Integer	Latitude in minutes Not available = 99, data not entered = null
